Job summary

Triple-D Communications, LLC is seeking an entry-level Lineman I Telecom in Mansfield, OH to assist with installation and maintenance of fiber and telecom lines, working with experienced linemen to ensure safe, reliable service.

Ideal candidates are 18+ years old with US work authorization, a high school diploma or equivalent, and are willing to travel for storm response. You will use hand and power tools, climb structures, and lift up to 55 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license (not Provisional) with a clean driving record.
• Previous Construction experience desired, preferably telecom/line work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of fiber and telecom cables overhead, and repair issues to ensure reliable service.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws.
• Maintain safe work areas and traffic flow while on the job.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
