Job summary

Crescent is seeking a dependable Line Worker responsible for safety, quality and production on the packaging line. You will read the Crescent Safety Playbook and work with your team to meet daily production targets.

The job requires basic math, the ability to follow written and oral instructions, and good teamwork. Expect a fast-paced environment with physical demands and opportunities to grow within Crescent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Continually seek out and remove all forms of risk
• Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes and product damages accurately and according to processes

• Pack, sort and stacking products throughout the shift and review completed tasks for accuracy and completion

• Assist with inventories per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or product codes
• Works with proper operation and assembly of line products and packaging

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Fast paced environment, requiring Line Workers to adapt to continuous changes in priorities, volumes, staffing requirements
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm’s length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch for an extended period of time
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to do repetitive motions including typing for several hours
• Walk on concrete floors for extended periods while in the co-packaging facility
• Ability to work and operate in a non-climate-controlled

Pay Range
