Job summary

Crescent is looking for a dedicated Line Worker to support packaging and assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the United States. You will follow safety procedures, operate line equipment, and use RF scanners while collaborating with teammates to meet production and quality goals.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Fast paced environment, requiring Line Workers to adapt to continuous changes in priorities, volumes, staffing requirements
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm’s length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch for an extended period of time
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to do repetitive motions including typing for several hours
• Walk on concrete floors for extended periods while in the co-packaging facility
• Ability to work and operate in a non-climate-controlled
