Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies machine setup and reviews production schedule.
• Unloads finished product from retorts/hydro to packing area.
• Checks product appearance, samples for lab, and tags holds or changes.
• Identify defects and remove nonconforming items from line.
• Coordinate with Retort Operator, Tray Packers and supervisors.
• Perform weekly sanitation and complete required paperwork.
