ICM, Inc. is seeking a Line Therapist to work in the client's home with children who have autism. You will implement evidence-based intervention strategies as outlined by the client's ITP and record data accordingly.
Responsibilities include reporting concerns to the supervisor and Interventionist, and following the rotation and schedule. The role requires two years of relevant experience and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
The Line Therapist is responsible for working directly with children who have autism in their home. Implementing evidence-based intervention strategies as outlined by the client's Individual Treatment Plan (ITP). Records data according to the ITP. Reports issues and/or concerns relating to family, customer, or team to the supervisor and reports progress and/or concerns to the Interventionist.
Follow the rotation and/or individualized schedule. The rotation may include:
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience working directly with children or children with autism
Must be comfortable working with children
Flexible schedule and be willing to work evenings and/or weekends
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is recommended, but not required
