Job summary

GeoSport Lighting is seeking a dependable Line Technician to work in our production warehouse in St. Gabriel, Louisiana. This hands-on role involves assembling components for our lighting systems, loading and unloading trucks, operating a forklift, packing orders, and performing various warehouse duties.

The position is full-time and temp-to-hire. Training through a staffing agency is anticipated for ~3 months, with potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must speak English fluently; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using basic hand tools, such as drills, screwdrivers, and measuring tapes, is preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work overtime when needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components for lighting systems in the production warehouse.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and operate a forklift.
