Job summary

Trace Minerals is seeking a Production Operator to lead, repair, and operate production lines on a full-time basis. The role emphasizes meeting daily goals, line maintenance, equipment repairs, and safety and quality compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling support, coordinating paperwork, assisting with maintenance tasks, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment. The position requires physical fitness and experience with maintenance equipment.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift/move up to 75 pounds.
  • Frequent standing and walking with ability to conduct indoor and outdoor activities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with operating maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, repair, and operate production line(s) to meet daily goals.
  • Co-lead production line schedules, required paperwork, and coordination.
  • Assist with maintenance work on company property as needed.
  • Repair and install production equipment as required.
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues in non-functioning equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness in production, warehouse, and storage areas.
  • Perform other management-assigned activities.
  • Demonstrate integrity, ownership, and timely delivery of work.
  • Communicate clearly, listen well, and handle conflicts professionally.

  • Accountable for meeting daily production goals
  • Assist with any maintenance work on company property as needed
  • Assist with repairing and installing production equipment
  • Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment
  • Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems with non-functioning equipment
  • Helps maintain cleanliness in the production, warehouse, and other storage areas
  • Any other management assigned activity
  • Act with integrity and treat people with respect
  • Take ownership of your work and deliver it accurately and on time
  • Communicate clearly, listen well, and handle conflict professionally
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Look for better ways to work and contribute ideas that improve the team
