Qualifications

Make your mark at the world’s largest HVAC company. Starting Wage: $30.36 + $1.25 shift differential. Shift: 3rd shift 12:00am-8:30am, Monday-Friday + overtime. Location: Faribault South, MN.

What You Will Do

• Assemble component parts of large HVAC units including fan decks, framework, and related parts.
• Use repetitive assembly operations related to component parts.
• Follow all safety rules and instructions, maintain 5S standards, and perform other functions on and off the production line as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, test procedures, oral instructions, and bills of material. Attach parts using fixtures, hand and power tools, stand-alone bench press, wire strippers, and material handling equipment.
• Disassemble finished products, recommend minor overhaul or parts replacement, and reassemble.
• Perform assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical and mechanical controls.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to operate hand tools
• Ability to read and understand written English

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience
