Job summary

Perrigo Company plc is seeking a Set-Up Line Tech for 1st shift to lead and sustain a production line, perform equipment change-overs, and support line operators and pump operators following SOPs and cGMPs. This role requires ensuring efficient operation and timely troubleshooting while maintaining product quality.

The position involves setting up equipment, performing minor repairs with maintenance, and coordinating with supervisors for equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Reading and writing in English required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment to ensure optimal throughput.
• Guide line personnel on operating equipment.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments on packaging equipment.
• Disassemble/assemble filling/packaging equipment as needed.
• Set Lot/Batch numbers and expiration dates.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Document activities in logs and forms.
• Coordinate routine maintenance with maintenance personnel.
• Notify supervisors when equipment is ready.
