Additional information:

  • The starting hourly rate for this position is between $17.50 and $22.50 depending on your prior work experience, with potential step increases and retention bonuses.
  • Overtime is paid at 1.5 times your hourly rate for hours worked beyond 40 in a pay period.
  • Holiday pay is provided at 2 times your hourly rate for work on observed holidays.

Summary of Essential Duties:

  • Providing customer service to all pilots and passengers.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
  • Marshalling all aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
  • Servicing all aircraft with fuel and oil.
  • Towing all aircraft to and from various hangars.
  • Securing all aircraft.
  • Providing GPU and Lavatory services.
  • General cleaning and stocking of the FBO and hangar office areas.
  • Service all GSE with fuels, oil, and maintenance.
  • Customer service duties, including answering phones and radios.
  • Charter aircraft cleaning.
  • Quality control for ordering and testing of fuel and other products.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver license and good driving record.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
  • Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to a criminal history records check.
  • Able to pass a NON-DOT Pre-Employment drug screening.
  • Must understand, read, and write English; Spanish is preferred.
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
