Job summary

Atlantic Aviation at MCO in Orlando, FL is seeking a Line Service Technician. You will provide aviation ground support, including fueling/defueling, baggage handling, towing, marshalling signals, lavatory and potable water service, and operating ground support equipment to assist customers and aircraft.

This role requires working all shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays. You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license, with the physical ability to

Qualifications

• Be physically able to work outdoors with frequent walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Be comfortable with outdoor aviation environments and shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness while performing ground handling operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and receive fuel to and from tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment as required (lavatory/water service carts, GPU, deice truck).
• Perform aircraft marshalling using standard signals.
• Assist with aircraft scheduling, fueling, and customer service.
• Assist with aircraft turning, loading, and unloading.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and organized.
• Support safety inspections and audits of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities
Line Service Technician Responsibilities

• Deliver and receive fuel to and from company tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
• Operate all company ground support equipment as requested or required, including lavatory and water service carts, ground power unit, deice truck, etc.
• Perform ground marshalling using standard aviation signals.
• Perform customer service activities such as helping customers with aircraft scheduling and fueling.
• Assist with aircraft turning, loading, and unloading.
• Ensure all buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and organized.
• Conduct or assists with daily/weekly onsite safety inspections and audits of equipment and facility operations.
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.
