Job summary

SkyShare in Novato, CA is seeking a Line Service Technician to marshal, fuel, and service aircraft while upholding safety standards. You will greet passengers and flight crews with a professional, service-forward attitude and support ground operations across fueling, logistics, and hangar activities.

The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds, and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely marshal, park, and position aircraft on the ramp.
• Greet passengers and flight crews with a professional, service-forward attitude.
• Manage, handle, and dispense aviation fuels in accordance with safety standards and procedures.
• Conduct fuel quality control checks and complete fueling documentation.
• Tow and secure aircraft; move aircraft in and out of hangars as needed.
• Perform ground support activities, including chocking, tie-downs, GPU support, and lav service coordination.
• Operate and oversee the daily operational readiness of fuel trucks and ground support equipment.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and readiness, including the lobby, the hangar, and surrounding areas.
• Operate the fuel desk phone, facilitate fuel orders, and book rental vehicles.
• Assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.
