Job Summary

Responsible for the final preparation of all food items served, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, along with our policies and procedures. May be directed by the kitchen supervisor, relief manager, or team leader to ensure quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
2. Participate in food and beverage preparation and service, adhering to company standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety (meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines), and portion control.
3. Clean work areas and equipment used in food preparation and service.
4. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Deliver food items to and from the main kitchen.
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, staff, and self.
6. Collaborate with other departments to perform job duties.
7. Exhibit professionalism with customers, colleagues, and others.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
