Job summary

Revolution Company in Mesquite, TX is hiring for a Repro Attendant in the Reprocessing department. You will learn basic operations of production lines and process materials in an industrial setting.

Key tasks include handling finished products, operating lines, reading production orders in English, and maintaining quality checks. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long hours, and may involve bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Rotating 12-hour shift 7:00am-7:00pm.
• Ability to physically meet the requirement of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand 12 hours.
• Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the finished product.
• Fill in on any line as line attendant as required at the main plant.
• Operating guillotine and scrapping as needed for production.
• Read and understand production orders in English.
• Document quality checks on time, verifying correct count and label.
• Must be willing and able to guide, teach, and direct co-workers that are assigned to assist you on any given machine.
• Know packing materials and procedures.
• Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable quality standards.
• Assists in taking the line down and putting it back up.
• Assist in basic preventative maintenance
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.
