Jet Aviation seeks a hands-on Fuel Farm Lead at the Teterboro location to support the Fuel Farm Supervisor in maintaining safe, compliant, and reliable aviation-fuel storage and distribution systems. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in aviation fueling or related fields, and the ability to work flexible hours within a 24/7 operation.

The Fuel Farm Lead is a hands‑on senior team member who supports the Fuel Farm Supervisor in maintaining the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of Jet Aviation Teterboro’s aviation-fuel storage and distribution systems.
The Lead coordinates shift priorities, verifies inspections and fuel‑quality activities, reviews records, supports technician development, and escalates safety, environmental, equipment, inventory, personnel, and fuel‑quality concerns. This role provides work direction within delegated authority but does not have formal direct reports.

The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. T he baseline range for this non‑exempt position will be as follows: $29.00-$31.00 hourly, plus a performance‑based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.

The employee must be able to access Fuel Farm systems, vehicles, tanks, containment areas, and fueling equipment and wear all required personal protective equipment. The employee works in Fuel Farm, maintenance, ramp, and outdoor environments with exposure to aircraft, moving vehicles, machinery, noise, vibration, weather, and occasional fuel fumes. Employees must be willing and able to work in seasonal heat, cold, rain, snow, and other changing weather conditions.
