Job Description
** Role Summary:**
NBCUniversal is seeking a LINE PRODUCER. The Line Producer reports to the Executive in Charge of Production. The Line Producer will be responsible for day-to-day operational duties in connection with the production office and studio. This is a project/limited term position with an estimated duration of approximately 8 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
** Responsibilities:**
• Track Costs for the EIC and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage Production under EIC’s supervision
• Coordinate with HR, Legal and Accounting to ensure compliant processes
• Responsible for studio schedules as well as serving as the primary point of contact for Studio Operations
• Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager
Qualifications:
Qualifications
** Basic Requirements:**
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams and navigating the internet
• Minimum 1-year prior experience as a Line Producer in film or television
• Prior experience managing a team
_ Desired Characteristics:_
• Prior experience as a Line Producer for a daytime talk show preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary
• Superior organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
_ Additional Requirements:_
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in United States
• Must be able to work in Stamford, CT and remotely
• Must be willing to work overtime, nights, holidays, and weekends, often with short notice
