Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam in Amarillo, TX is hiring a HAA Pilot on a full-time basis. This role offers a total potential earning up to $245,000 and a pay range of roughly $134,539 to $147,996 with bonus eligibility. You will provide medical air transport and ensure aircraft readiness.

Requirements include FAA Commercial Rotorcraft certificate, instrument rating, Class II medical, and substantial flight hours. Preferred: high school diploma and experience with turbine helicopters.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in manuals, including FAR and Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Air Evac Lifeteam change board details.
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
