Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Helicopter Pilot in Missouri to provide medical air transport with Air Evac Lifeteam operations and ensure patient safety and timely arrivals.

You will join a team of medical experts, ensuring aircraft readiness, adherence to manuals and FARs, and effective communication with dispatch and crews. Sign-on and retention bonuses are offered, with housing provided on duty.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Total flight hours requirements: 2,000 total; 1,500 helicopter; 1,000 helicopter PIC; 500 turbine hours.
• Night unaided 100 hours (or 50 unaided with 100 hours aided).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with a team of medical experts.
• Maintain aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FARs.
• Keep accurate Air Evac Lifeteam documentation and records.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot and team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteamrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAEL and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingAir Evac Lifeteam change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements

• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear

Preferred Qualifications

• B407 Aircraft Experience
