**POSITION DESCRIPTION:**DrinkPAK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Line Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will become an expert on all things related to the performance of the production line assigned and use that mastery to deliver results in safety, quality, efficiency, yield, and cost. Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen. Strong employee relations, interpersonal, team building, and verbal/written communication skills. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools/software.Demonstrate ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment.Demonstrate planning and organizational skills.
