Job summary

Revolution is hiring Line Operators to support its Shelbyville, TN location. This hands‑on role leads stretch‑film production line(s) and participates in production, inspection, stocking, packaging, and labeling tasks.

Key duties include maintaining a safe workspace, organizing materials, performing QA checks, and recording production data. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior production and/or manufacturing experience.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
• Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed to meet customer orders and expectations.
• Dependable, fast learner, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work overtime as needed and on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support stretch‑film production lines.
• Inspect products and ensure quality guidelines.
• Organize and secure materials (resin, boxes, finished products).
• Document logs and production reports accurately.
