Qualifications

• Prior production and/or manufacturing experience.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
• Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed to meet customer orders.
• Dependable, fast learner, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work overtime as needed and on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor stretch-film production lines.
• Ensure a safe and orderly work environment and comply with safety guidelines.
• Organize and secure materials such as resin, boxes, and finished products.
• Perform QA tests and document testing results.
• Fill out Production Report and maintain logs.
• Maintain scrap rate below 4%.
• Troubleshoot line issues and adjust die bolts as needed.
