We are looking for individuals to work in a manufacturing facility that produces non-woven products. If you have manufacturing experience and can operate & maintain manufacturing lines in a safe and efficient manner with high quality and productivity, Magnera may be the opportunity.

Night Shift Hours: 6:30pm to 7:00 am; 4 nights on/4 nights off

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by performing all tasks in a safe manner, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and complying with safety regulations.
• Participate in behavior-based safety (BBS) programs and near-miss reporting.
• Foster a team-oriented attitude and approach, while meeting productivity standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot quality or productivity issues related to team or machinery.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Multitask effectively with minimal supervision, paying close attention to detail.
• Adjust machinery as needed and suggest process or procedure improvements.
• Coordinate with lab personnel, team leaders, and senior process engineers to address issues and implement improvements.
• Perform 5S and other housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Obtain and maintain three certifications; train others as needed.
• Adhere to all departmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Positive team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
• Recent manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, with frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and manual dexterity.
