Tenneco is seeking an engaged operator to run valve guide compacting presses and furnaces. You will perform visual and dimensional inspections, read routers and schedules, and maintain accurate records of production data.

You will ensure compliance with safety rules, participate in TPM activities, and adapt to varying tasks on the line to maintain quality and throughput in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret production documents.

Responsabilités

• Operate valve guide compacting presses and furnaces.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections at various stages.
• Read routers and production schedules for specifications.
• Record inspection data using logs and computer systems.
• Monitor and adjust press settings, feeds, speeds and temperatures.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and maintain clean work areas.
