Job summary

The position offers a first-shift schedule (Mon-Thu, 4:00 AM–2:00 PM) with starting pay of $21.00 per hour and potential to earn up to $27.25 per hour with additional training; FLSA non-exempt. Training opportunities encouraged.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to stand long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
