Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate process baths and materials to ensure high-quality product output.
  2. Work closely with Processing Line/Shift Supervisors to optimize tank utilization and meet production schedules.
  3. Ensure loads are inspected and properly prepared before processing.
  4. Process special loads as assigned, following precise specifications and communication protocols.
  5. Operate multiple lines if applicable, ensuring consistency and quality.
  6. Identify and escalate product issues, recommending process adjustments as needed.
  7. Participate in tank maintenance and monitor solution levels, pH, and equipment functionality.
  8. Document operations accurately and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  9. Report equipment problems immediately and suggest tooling improvements.

Physical and Chemical Hazards:

  • Handling sharp parts, heavy carts, and exposure to temperature variations and chemicals.
  • Must lift 30-50 lbs, differentiate color variances, and be cautious near process lines.
