Job summary

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring a Line Operator for our extrusion manufacturing facility. You will help ensure product quality, set up and shut down equipment, handle tooling, and move materials with a forklift as needed.

We offer multiple shifts, competitive hourly pay of $20 per hour with shift premiums, benefits from day one, and opportunities to grow in a family-owned manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED.
• Demonstrates effective communication and social skills.
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills are vital for success.
• Desire and ability to learn and work with new technology.
• Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks.
• Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations.
• Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace.
• Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders.
• Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant.
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role.

Schedule Options

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay

$20.00 / hr.

• $2.00/hr. 2nd shift premium
• $3.00/hr. 3rd shift premium
