Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a high-volume manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM).

The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to maximize uptime and safe, reliable operations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC problems, and coordinate with production and outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Three years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, diagrams and manuals.
• Experience in at least two of: Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Plumbing, or food-process controls.
• Must be willing to work 3rd shift and weekends.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC problems.
• Assist with major overhauls, system rebuilds, and installations.
• Coordinate repairs with production personnel and outside contractors to minimize downtime.
• Safely operate forklifts, lifts, power tools, and diagnostic equipment; document work in CMMS.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized maintenance areas; follow GMP and safety procedures.
