Job description

Line Mechanics are responsible for the efficient operation of bottling lines, including line changeovers, preventative maintenance, repairs, machine installations, and upgrades, as well as facility-wide maintenance. They must anticipate and communicate relevant issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience operating industrial equipment as required
• Good vision and manual dexterity
• High School diploma or GED
• At least 12 months of continuous experience in previous roles
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Apprenticeship, technical school, or associate's degree

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate industrial equipment
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 pounds
• Climb ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles
