George’s Processing is seeking a Line Loader to feed products onto a moving line in a fast-paced production environment. The role emphasizes accuracy in placement, stamina for standing and repetitive movements, and adherence to line timing to keep production flowing smoothly.

There is no formal education requirement; prior food processing experience is preferred. You will join a family-owned company that values its people and offers opportunities to grow on a local level across the United States.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continually places product on a moving line, which results in standing, bending, twisting, reaching and repetitive hand movement.
• Must be able to keep up with production flow to always keep the line full.
• Make sure product is placed in the correct position.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
