Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. Wakefield facility is hiring for a Line Loader to ensure machines are loaded, flats are managed, and the work area remains clean and safe. You will support food safety and quality standards and follow standard operating procedures in a fast-paced production setting.

The role involves minor troubleshooting, adherence to GMPs, and the ability to work weekends or overtime as needed. Prior manufacturing and basic math skills are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Willingness to work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep area around machines clean and organized.
• Move cases to conveyer and load into the Loader.
• Address minor mechanical issues and report significant problems.
• Follow GMPs, food safety and quality policies at all times.
• Work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
