• High school diploma or equivalent; site-specific certifications required.
• Experience with soldering and basic assembly processes.
• Familiarity with quality and documentation standards.
• Knowledge of manufacturing information systems and shop floor data entry.
• Ability to identify and communicate process or component issues to Team Leader.
• Capable of learning defined quality and time requirements.
• Ability to manually assemble components and produce high-quality products on schedule.
• Knowledge of electrical, electromechanical and pneumatic principles.
• Ability to analyze equipment and make defined adjustments.
• Proficiency with PC-based applications used in this area.
• Maintains accurate, organized records and communicates with internal customers.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hand soldering, assembly, setup and operation of semi-automatic/automatic equipment and test units.
• Move between operations per schedule and product line needs.
• Inspect products using visual, automated and mechanical procedures.
• Use diagnostic programs for testing and validation of electronics.
• Troubleshoot defects and communicate findings to team leaders.
• Demonstrate and coach others, maintaining quality in defined time frames.
