Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Manufacturing/Production associate to operate and monitor equipment in accordance with production specifications and schedules. The role focuses on meeting volume, cost and quality targets while maintaining safety standards.

You will assist with material handling, daily production records, and support compliance with HR, data protection, and health, safety and environmental requirements. Experience with manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/ cost/ wastage targets and quality standards
• Moving, packing and sorting of raw materials or finished goods
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products
• Administering accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis
• Supporting efforts to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws and health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements
• Supporting the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
