Job summary

Keller Logistics Group is hiring general labor for our Napoleon, OH location at P314 County Road 12, Napoleon, OH 43545. We offer 1st and 3rd shift roles with overtime as needed and an attendance bonus.

Responsibilities include setting up lines, supervising line workers, and ensuring timely repackaging production while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check, be able to work overtime, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested.

Responsibilities

• Set up line for operations and verify proper setup.
• Complete competency tests for setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Position line workers to maximize production efficiency and morale.
• Monitor repackaging production and ensure scheduled output.
• Determine disposition of damaged product and manage line hygiene.
• Complete Line Lead reports and follow 5S protocols.
• Abide food safety standards in food grade facilities.
• Additional duties as assigned.
