Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a production-focused leader to drive quality and efficiency on the manufacturing floor in Countryside, IL. You will coordinate teams, optimize processes, and ensure accurate logging in our ERP system to maintain product integrity.

With 1–3 years in manufacturing leadership and a strong track record in quality control, you will train staff, monitor metrics, and uphold safety and cGMP standards across shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in manufacturing/production (Required).
• 1-3 years experience in a leadership role within manufacturing (Required).
• 1-3 years experience with quality control processes (Required).
• 1-3 years basic understanding of manufacturing processes (Required).
• Strong leadership and communication skills (Required).

The base compensation for this position is described in the above posting. This position is also eligible to participate in our short-term incentive (bonus) plan.

For hourly positions, a shift premium may apply based on the assigned work schedule.
