Job summary

Staffing Synergies in Edison, NJ is seeking a Line Lead to supervise a production line in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will lead a team, ensure quality, train staff, and maintain accurate documentation with the WMS system while coordinating with other leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions and adherence to safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
• Basic computer skills; WMS experience a plus.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and stand/walk long periods.
• High School Diploma or GED or 3+ years production/warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities
