Job summary

Primary Staffing Inc. is seeking Production Line Coordinators / Line Lead Coordinators to support daily operations on the production floor. Candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience are invited to take the next step into leadership and coordination.

You will manage attendance, assign shift coverage by department, learn key production areas, and stand in to cover lines when needed. The role emphasizes safety compliance, teamwork, and effective communication with floor

Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with moving or reassigning employees between similar departments as needed.
• Serve as communication link between floor employees and Primary Staffing.
• Report supply needs, material shortages, missing parts, or other production concerns.
• Reinforce safety policies, PPE requirements, workplace behavior, and production standards.
• Walk the production line to monitor task completion.
• Support quality awareness by identifying production or inspection concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Take attendance at the beginning of the shift and confirm employee presence on the production line.
• Help identify employee assignments and support proper placement by department or area.
• Learn key production areas such as assembly, material handling, packaging, quality, and related production functions.
• Step in to support or cover production areas when the line is short-staffed.
• Assist with moving or reassigning employees between similar departments based on operational needs.
• Serve as a communication link between floor employees and Primary Staffing.
• Help report supply needs, material shortages, missing parts, or other production-related concerns.
• Reinforce safety policies, PPE requirements, workplace behavior, and production standards.
• Walk the production line once trained to help monitor that activities are being completed correctly.
• Support quality awareness by helping identify production or inspection concerns.
