Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good observational skills to spot defective products and maintain quality.
• Ability to follow GMP, HACCP, SSOP and safety procedures.
• Ability to work quickly to meet production targets while maintaining quality.
• Experience with packaging and labeling processes a plus.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and logs per batch/order requirements.
• Willingness to work weekends during peak season and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished product and packaging for defects; pack into finished Master Cases.
• Ensure finished product meets or exceeds quality standards.
• Understand GMP, quality standards, and ability to sort out non-conforming product.
• Operate and regulate conveyor belts for packaging; weigh and adjust quantities to meet specs.
• Label master cases and bags; keep records of weight, time and date per requirements.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to safety rules, AX, RAF, and quality procedures.
• Perform backup duties for related positions and assist with inventory records.
