Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet USA is seeking an Assistant Line Lead in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. In this role, you will manage various aspects of production operations and provide essential training for new hires while facilitating smooth workflow within the L10 Production Department.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Benefit from a comprehensive package including medical, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a related field required.
• Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform roles and responsibilities of Assembly Operator.
• Provide on-the-line training for new hires and internal employees.
• Serve as a backup for the Production Lead.
