Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field required.
• IPC-610 Certification strongly preferred.
• Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE properly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to complete tasks as set by higher-level management.
• Assist Production Area Lead and Production Supervisor in overseeing line operations.
• Create accurate end-of-shift reports and provide data to management upon request.
