About the Role

Line Leaders will take responsibility for the actions and output of a group of associates. Line Leaders are expected to work cooperatively and supportively of each other, the task at hand, and company goals and policies with respect to efficiency, quality, safety, and sanitation.

Main Responsibilities

• Must be willing to direct the actions and activities of others and ensure all associates on the line are working safely and following all cGMPs.
• Complete all paperwork necessary for the line.

Operational

• Oversee equipment such as molding lines, Carle wrappers, and bagging.
• Report mechanical issues to management or maintenance.
• Perform duties in accordance with SOPs, SSOPs, cGMPs, and company guidelines.
• Set up the line for production, including retrieving items from the model.
• Oversee line sanitation and proper cleanup.
• Maintain quality standards, including correct labeling and date codes.
• Achieve production goals and record production numbers.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Uphold food safety and quality systems, work safely and efficiently.

Who we are looking for

Education or Experience

• Understanding of basic arithmetic and reading comprehension for instructions and policies.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, standing for long periods, manual tasks, moving pallets with a pallet jack.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

• Understanding current quality standards.

Computer Skills

• Basic skills such as inventory management and printing.
