Job summary

Lydech in United States (Hamptonville area) is seeking a line scheduler responsible for line scheduling and changeover coordination. Adjusts line sequencing based on visual controls from schedule/Kanban and determines operators’ assignments to maximize efficiency.

This role requires reading English, knowledge of Oracle job data and labeling, and prior line experience. You will input data, label parts, and prepare reports while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High school, GED or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to read and understand English.
  • Must have knowledge of Oracle job data and labeling transactions in addition to paperwork / traceability requirements to ensure accurate material transactions.
  • Must have previous line experience.
  • Computer skills.

  • Promote teamwork through effective motivation and respect for each team member.
  • Serve as an active participant in LSS programs that promote continuous improvement.
