Sauder’s Eggs is seeking a Line Leader for the 1st shift of our Ready-To-Eat production team at the Lancaster – Greenfield Plant. Spanish bilingual skills are desired.

This role involves supervising daily processing and packaging operations to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met. Prior experience in food manufacturing, inventory management, and supervisory skills are preferred. The position offers opportunities for overtime, personal development, and advancement.

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production levels to balance quality and quantity
• Follow production schedules to complete all orders
• Communicate order changes to packing line and machine operators
• Lead the team to achieve shift and weekly goals
• Inspect containers, materials, and products for quality compliance
• Ensure machinery operates efficiently to meet productivity targets
• Participate in production meetings
• Enforce safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30-40 pounds
• Wear steel-toed boots and adhere to manufacturing procedures
• Bilingual skills are a plus
