Job summary

FOX Factory Holding Corp. is seeking a Line Lead in Jasper, IN to supervise daily production operations on the line. You will drive quality, safety, and efficiency while coordinating daily team activities and acting as a hands-on mentor to line staff.

You will monitor performance, coordinate staffing, and help implement process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience with people leadership.
• Experience with 5S and lean manufacturing.
• General computer skills including email and Excel.

• Gives direction and improvement recommendations for manufacturing processes.
• Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
