FOX Factory is seeking a Line Lead for the 1st shift in Gainesville, GA to guide a manufacturing production line, ensuring quality, efficiency and on-time delivery.

The role involves directing daily activities, monitoring performance and mentoring staff, with a Monday–Thursday 5:00am–3:30pm schedule. Emphasis on 5S, Lean practices and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience with people leadership.
• Strong leadership and manufacturing knowledge, including 5S and Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory, packaging, shipping/receiving and general facility maintenance.
