Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Production Associate in York, PA on the 2nd shift to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The role offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00pm to 11:00pm with mornings free, and provides training to build hands-on production skills right away.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; candidates will learn quality checks, packaging, line support, and safety practices while contributing to a productive, teamwork-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Package products and count quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with startup/shutdown procedures, line clearance, housekeeping and other tasks.
