Job summary

HR HealthCare in York, PA is seeking a dependable team member to support production and packaging operations on the 2nd shift. You will package products according to specifications and inspect finished goods to ensure quality standards are met on the line.

The role requires basic counting, attention to detail, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. No experience is required; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package products into desired packaging.
• Accurately count required quantities for packaging.
• Follow facility GMPs and safety guidelines.
• Identify defects as defined by the quality department.
• Ensure overall product quality is acceptable and defects are eliminated.
• Assist with daily startup and shutdown.
• Clear the line daily and remove all trash and other tasks assigned by the line lead or Plant Management.

Job Details: Job Location: Plant - York, PA 17402, Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly, We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our production and packaging operations on 2nd shift. In this role, you’ll package products according to specifications, accurately count and inspect finished products, and help ensure our quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Package products into desired packaging
• Accurately count required quantities for packaging
• Follow and understand facility GMPs and safety guidelines
• Identify defects as defined by the quality department
• Ensure overall product quality is acceptable and defects are eliminated
• Assist with daily startup and shutdown
• Clear the line daily and remove all trash and other tasks that are assigned by the line lead or Plant Management

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
