Role Overview

We are currently seeking an Assembler for our Dayton Print Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing various line head components.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and follow work instructions and procedures.
2. Assemble Line Head components according to work orders.
3. Communicate clearly and follow directions.
4. Prioritize work orders to meet production schedules.
5. Inspect, test, and identify flaws in products, assemblies, or printed circuit boards.
6. Perform repetitive tasks and handle fragile parts carefully.
7. Look up Bill of Materials and complete work order documentation.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of assembling mechanical and electrical components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electro-mechanical issues.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity.
