Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to run molding and packaging equipment, ensuring product quality and efficiency on each shift.

You will perform preventive maintenance, conduct SMED changeovers, and troubleshoot a range of equipment issues while maintaining accurate records in the CMMS. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to production standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; completion of entrance exams/interviews.
• Ability to operate safely and maintain equipment during shifts.
• Willingness to learn TPM/PM processes and document work orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding/packaging equipment to meet OEE and quality goals.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and show showroom cleanliness.
• Conduct SMED-based mold changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues as directed.
• Enter quality data, inspect bottles, and document deviations.
