Job summary

Roots Natural Kitchen in Richmond - West End is looking for a Line Crewmember to join our team. You will craft bowls, serve guests, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

As part of the line crew, you’ll work across positions, keep the station clean, restock ingredients, and collaborate with teammates to serve food quickly and accurately. We promote growth, offer a flexible schedule, and provide competitive benefits after probation.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible customer experiences and pay attention to details.

• Actively communicate with Leadership Team, grill, and dish crewmembers.
• Maintain positive and cheerful attitude during all scheduled shifts.
• Help restock line and reach-in fridge ingredients, as needed.
• Use portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within projected range.
• Multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Starting Salary: Guaranteed $15.00/hr (including tips)

Depending on company performance, the profit-share can equal as much as 10% of quarterly employee pay, paid in one lump sum after each quarter.

THE ROLE

As a member of our line crew you are responsible for crafting awesome bowls and making sure that everyone who comes into our restaurant has an incredible time. You will work in the front of house and collaborate with your crew to make sure we quickly serve perfect bowls, keep the restaurant clean, and restock the front of house with food as needed.
