Roots Natural Kitchen in Richmond - Midlothian (RVA3) is looking for a Line Crewmember to join our front-of-house team. You will craft bowls, ensure guests have an incredible experience, and work with your team to keep service fast and friendly.

Starting at $15.00 per hour, including tips, with a flexible schedule, benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for growth. We value a positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experiences at all times.
• Operate all line positions (greeter, ingredients, mixer, protein, POS).
• Communicate with Leadership Team and other crewmembers.
• Keep a positive, cheerful attitude during shifts.
• Restock line and reach-in cooler ingredients as needed.
• Use portion control and minimize waste to meet budget.
